I've been looking through my hard drives and found some old concept sketches for an FPS mod I was working on with a few friends. Not a shooter exactly since the toons were using ancient Japanese weapons. My job here was to come up with the sketches and then model them in a 3d program, texture, skin then import them into the Source engine(Half-Life 2). Never got that far but was till fun to have a go at game design. The subject matter is right up my alley--Ninjas and samurai are win-win in my book?

Avengers Assemble

Here's an Avengers sketch I did recently based on a JLA sketch I did 10 years earlier.

Last year I finished penciling Earth's Mightiest Heroes 2 mini-series written by Joe Casey for Marvel. It was a lot of fun to work on because the Avengers were my favorite book when I was a kid. I was more a fan of the late 70's edition of the group which included Ms. Marvel, Wonder-man, Falcon, Beast along with Cap, Iron-man, Yellow-Jacket and Ant-man.

Hussar Hussy

Here's a take on the French Hussar from Napoleonic times. I'm not sure about the French here. I used bablefish to translate "my Whirlwind attack is a bitch!". Hopefully it reads that way.

Her swords are more like Katana blades then the normal Saber. Maybe i'll change it later.

Here's my second attempt at a blog. I'm not much of a writer so i'll just post drawings.

Here's a typical sketch I would do showcasing my love for guns, girls in a S.W.A.T theme.
I hope to be able to update this blog as much as i can with sketches and other types of work.
